2020 Syrah

This wine is an excellent choice for smoked ribs or barbecue; and we do recommend opening it a bit ahead of time let it open up before enjoyment!  Pouring a deep ruby color in the glass, the smoky nose of this Syrah evokes campfire nights, a plum tart, with a hint of chocolate mint around the edges.  The palate finds notes of cranberry and raspberry, smoked lamb, and fig; with a white pepper finish.  13.5% abv., 180 cases bottled.
