Join Cory Bosworth here at Cooper-Garrod's Cutting Shed for a two-hour Barrel Tasting Experience. We will start with a talk about making of and choosing of barrels for wine, featuring barrel expert Emmanuel Mathe, of Nadalié, a Napa-based French Cooperage we have used for years. We will then be able to taste through different barrels of the same wine to discovere the influences of barrel age, toast level, grain, etc., on the wines!
This will be lots of fun!
