This is our Côte-Rôtie-style co-fermentation of 93% Syrah and 7% Viognier. The wine pours a deep purply-red wine and displays a bouquet of blueberries, blackberries, smoky bacon, and leafy herbs. The palate is greeted by dark berry cobbler, juicy plums, figs, and dried mushrooms before a long, enticing finish. 120 cases were bottled end of July 2019. 13.2% ABV.
