From a pale yellow in the glass, aromas of Asian pear apple and citrus zest rise. Tart apples, Bosc pears, and a drop of cream cross the palate with a hint of butterscotch before a soft, welcoming finish. 13.6% ABV. 160 cases produced. Produced from two CG vineyards: 82% Gravel Ridge, and 18% Finley Vineyard.
